I think I can manage this sort of boredom.

[ The video will show a dark-haired man and a bright-eyed child settled together on a divan. Sherlock's voice can be heard reading from a book. The angle is awkward enough that it seems someone is looking at them both from far off to the side. A candid camera shot? ]
